That's how it started three years ago in Luleå and that's how Bastard Burger still works - the desire to create really good street food. The kind you find on the streets of New York, for example, but characterised by innovation and ingredients from Norrland. Yes, if you want to create great street food and really good burgers, you have to be prepared to cross ideas and continents. Experiment, combine and finally develop your own recipes, with ingredients from small-scale and organic producers. In the end, you get a "fist in the table-in your face-straight up and down" burger. Animal or vegan. Simply a real Bastard Burger, the kind you just have to hold with two hands.
We are incredibly happy and proud to welcome Bastard Burgers to Kvarteret Giraffen. With us, you can eat with chopsticks, with a knife and fork and very soon also with your hands. Bastard Burger opens in the new neighbourhood street between Flying Tiger and Indiska.
