Kalmar County's most satisfied customers shop in Kvarteret Giraffen

May 31, 2021 | News

After a period characterised by rapid decisions and major changes, Kvarteret Giraffen comes out on the other side with Kalmar County's most satisfied customers. This is according to Evimetrix's latest survey of Swedes' favourite centres in 2021.

The range of shops available largely determines how satisfied the visitor feels with their visit, but it is far from everything. The design of the premises, lighting, furniture and general feel are also crucial. In Kalmar County, it is we at Kvarteret Giraffen who have solved these parts best.

We are, of course, delighted that our customers are so happy with Kvarteret Giraffen! Since the beginning of 2019, we have been working to transform our shopping centre into a neighbourhood - a meeting place where our visitors can socialise and visit shops, restaurants and cafés in one place," says Martina Adolfsson Nyström, Centre Manager at Kvarteret Giraffen.

Customer service is another important aspect of visitor satisfaction. Here, too, we get the highest rating in the county - something that warms but does not surprise Martina Adolfsson Nyström:

"Kvarteret Giraffen's shops and restaurants really know how to provide service and customer care. The results of this survey are a small but important proof that we have succeeded in creating something unique that our visitors really enjoy," she concludes.
