New and old friends at Giraffen
No one has missed the fact that we are approaching the opening and inauguration of our new Giraffen by now 🙂 We are hammering and banging in every corner right now, all to complete Kalmar's new meeting place. We apologise for the ongoing mess and hope that you are as curious and excited about the result as we are.
The new Giraffe will offer you a whole new experience. Familiar shops will be spruced up, some will change their range, some will be bigger and made more accessible. Of course, we welcome new store and restaurant concepts, some new to Giraffen and some new to Kalmar. And you can expect more newcomers to be presented in the future.
New friends hanging out with us from October are H&M incl H&M Home, Espresso House, Hunkemöller, Indiska, Kama Sushi and Restaurant Baked & Grill.
Well-known friends that both you and we have longed for that are making a comeback are Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Gamestop.
Intersport, Systembolaget and Lidl are working hard to strengthen their already fully-fledged concepts. Intersport will open together with the others at the end of October. Systembolaget will be ready a little later this autumn and Lidl will open its new store in spring 2020. Teknikmagasinet and Specsavers will move from their temporary premises into the new shopping street.
Last but not least, we have of course our other friends not mentioned above - Arken Zoo, Centernail, Change, Gerdas Te & Kaffehandel, ICA Maxi Stormarknad, Kalmar Superbowl, Kronans Apotek, Life, Lindex, Lloyd´s apotek, McDonald´s, Preem, Restaurang Ginger, Salong Hans & Jan, Snabbt Fixat, Stora Coop, Synoptik, Telenor and Tre-butiken.
Here you have the whole gang of friends presented! Fun bunch, aren't they? And when stage 1 is finished at the end of October, you'll all be able to join them.
