If you as a customer want to come by Kvarteret Giraffen but for various reasons can not come in to us. Then we can help you easily pick up your goods outside, at our flagged Pick-up stations, Entré Red (Outside Kama sushi) or Entré Vit (Outside LIDL).
How to do it?
You use the Giraffens Hämtaservice by contacting the shop you want to order/shop from (see affiliated shops and restaurants). Together you decide how to make the payment and at what time and where you want to collect your goods. You then pick up your order at one of our two pick-up stations (see map). At both our stations, you can easily drive next door with your car and have the goods delivered directly to your boot.
Safety and care
The Giraffe staff who handle your order follow all government recommendations on hygiene. This means, for example, that they make sure their hands are clean and use plastic gloves when handling food. They always keep a good distance from you during delivery.
